We quote the lowest shipping we can find, based on weight and dimension of product, FOB our dock, Eau Claire, WI to anywhere in the continental USA. We find carriers that offer very competitive shipping rates that we pass along to you. Most of our large hutches require pallet shipment. The more pieces we can get on a pallet, the more reasonable pricing will be. If placing a large furniture order, please contact us to provide your shipping quote.

Most of our signs leave our shop via FedEx delivery. Orders going to Wisconsin and bordering states ship via SPEE-DEE delivery. Typically, sign orders leave our shop in 2-3 weeks! (please add shipping times of 1-5 business days depending on your location from Wisconsin) Heavy seasonal demand, early spring, fall and Holiday can get backed up 3-4 weeks; however if you can provide a needed “in-house” date we will do everything we can to accommodate your needs. Orders are put into production on a first come first serve basis. We strive to provide you with the best turnaround times possible!

Drop Shipping:
Currently, the only drop ship items we feature our are candle hutches that are used as display units. Please call one of our representatives for further information at 800-528-6008.

Our drop shipping program is intended for manufacturers who need display programs for their products (ie candle, coffee, tea, candy, bath & body companies to name a few), and for national print catalog companies.

Please note:
We do not drop ship for e-stores and do not authorize our products to be sold on EBAY. We do not authorize the use of our images for any purpose.


Furniture Damages:
When you order furniture to ship common carrier please let us know if you need call-ahead service so you can make arrangements to get help bringing your items into your store. The driver of the truck will bring your order to the back of the semi trailer, cut through the packaging and hand the items down. It is up to the store's personnel to get the items into the store. The drivers are not responsible for the product beyond the back end of the truck. If, at this time you notice any shipping damage, refuse the item entirely and instruct the driver to start a claim. Also please call us immediately and inform us of the claim, as it is our responsibility from then on. We will either refund you the purchase price or replace the item(s) immediately. We do an excellent job of packing and rarely have shipping damages.


Sign Damages/Missing Item:
Although we strive for perfection, occasionally signs may arrive with damage. Please note that our signs are meant to be rustic, and are proudly made by hand using Solid Knotty Pine. Expect knots, variance in color, and natural cracks - as well as small edge “dents” or chips.  Signs with damage to the face/lettering, large chipped areas or damages from shipping are unacceptable and will be replaced immediately upon request, or credited to your next order. Please notify us of ANY damages or discrepancies within 5 business days. Replacements are put on high priority in order to get quality products into your store.


Please contact us immediately if there has been damage during shipping. Any and all damages must be reported within 5 DAYS of receiving item(s) to receive full credit or replacement. Damages will be assessed and picked up to replace if necessary.

If you are unsatisfied with your order for reasons other than manufacturing defects or shipping damages, you must notify us within 2 WEEKS of receiving item(s).  We will request that you ship it back to us via Fed Ex (most reliable) in original packaging; you will be credited for the product cost only when it arrives at our facility. We are not responsible for return shipping.

There are no returns or refunds on custom orders.
